If you are going off the internet at once - after you get your
mail - use the information below to check your settings.

If below is not your answer then click the kicked off button to the left of this screen.

Bring up Outlook Express. Click on TOOLS, then click on OPTIONS

Click on the CONNECTION tab, and make sure that the box beside "Hang up after sending and receiving" is NOT checked. If it is, UNCHECK it, or you will get kicked off after Outlook Express retrieves your mail. Click OK when finished.
