Check out your email account in outlook express email accounts

Open Outlook Express, then click on TOOLS, click on ACCOUNTS.

Now click on the MAIL tab, then HIGHLIGHT the ACCOUNT that you are having trouble receiving, then click on the PROPERTIES button....

Under ther General Tab, make sure that your email address is typed in right, & there is no reply address, unless you wish to recieve the replies at another email address.

Click on the SERVERS tab. Under Server Information: Make sure the Incoming Mail server is listed as a POP3 server. Then make sure the both incoming mail (pop3)& outgoing mail(smtp)are both set as indicated below(mail.sabinenet.com).
Under Incoming Mail Server: Be sure that your USER NAME (not EMAIL ADDRESS) is listed in the space for ACCOUNT NAME, then type your password in the blank provided. If you would like for Outlook Express to remember your password, then put a check in the box below that reads REMEMBER PASSWORD. Then click OK.
